What we've builtOperations

The ISO requirement that became the platform

An audit needed proof of training. We built a knowledge hub that delivers, tests and certifies. Seven months later it runs the whole operation.

The setup

Quality certification wanted proof: who was trained, on what, when, with what score, and re-tested on a schedule. The knowledge existed, in slide decks and in people's heads. Onboarding a new handler meant shadowing someone for weeks.

What we did

We built a knowledge hub: courses on the renovation basics, the certificate scheme, heat pumps, commercial lighting and the grant-advance process, each cut into lessons with a checkpoint at the end of every section, so a gap shows up where it is, not at the end. A pass mark. A certificate generated the moment it is earned, with a validity period and reminders before it lapses. An admin view with one matrix of who is certified on what.

That was February. It was the first thing on the platform. By September the same platform ran dossiers, signatures, invoicing and conformity checks. The training system is where the operating layer started.

What changed

  • Audit proof on demand

    One view, exportable.

  • Onboarding in days

Follow the course, pass the checkpoints, start.

  • A platform's first module

A compliance requirement, then everything else.
