One login for the person who does the work

Contractors touched every step and had the worst tools. Now dossiers, corrections, certificates and equipment orders live in one place.

The setup

A rejected dossier came back whole, with a comment. Twenty documents, one of them wrong, and the contractor had to guess which. Fixing it meant one portal for the grant, another for the certificates, a CRM the contractor could not see, and email for the rest.

What we did

One platform. A guided deposit flow that adapts its fields and documents to the type of works and the type of owner. Uploads that survive a dropped connection on a building site. Corrections asked for document by document and resolved automatically when the new file arrives. Six plain status steps the contractor understands, mapped underneath to the twenty-eight technical states the back office and the bank use.

Then we moved the separate products inside. The certificate portal, with each company's own dossiers, verdicts, invoices and advances, scoped on the server so nobody sees anyone else's records. And an equipment module: a heat pump from the distributor's catalogue, ordered without paying up front, the supplier settled by payment delegation when the premium is cashed.

Accounts create themselves from the sales system. Nobody types a login by hand.

What changed

  • One place instead of three

Grants, certificates and equipment in a single account.

  • Corrections in one round

The right document, replaced, and the dossier keeps moving.

  • Nothing silently dropped

Every uploaded page reaches the bank and the reviewer.
